The fourth floor of Baywalk is home to 29 Luxury Apartment Units, comprising of Two (2)Bedroom Apartments. Unit sizes range from 1,700 square feet upwards, on both single and duplex levels, with stunning views of the mountainside, marina and Caribbean Sea. All units come with a private car park space on the fourth floor of the Car Park.
The units have been outfitted with all major appliances, including stainless steel stove and fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and air-conditioned bedrooms and living space. The master bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Voltage use is 110/220 with a backup generator power system. 24-hour electronic and physical security is provided for all apartments from entrance to private elevators to private car park and main entrance corridors to apartments.
All units are for sale as leasehold property and a general maintenance contract will be prepared and signed between both parties for the general upkeep of the apartment.
